Continuously monitor and optimize automations for reliability and scalability
Develop and maintain internal applications that support critical operational workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional tools
Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose technology-driven solutions
Document workflows, automations, and application configurations for easy replication and troubleshooting
Build playbooks and best practices for system use and maintenance
Partner with operations, engineering, and program teams to align automation initiatives with business goals
Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on new tools and systems
