Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and optimize automations for reliability and scalability
  • Develop and maintain internal applications that support critical operational workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional tools
  • Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose technology-driven solutions
  • Document workflows, automations, and application configurations for easy replication and troubleshooting
  • Build playbooks and best practices for system use and maintenance
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and program teams to align automation initiatives with business goals
  • Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on new tools and systems
