Responsibilities

  • Accurately execute requests pertaining to a customer’s end-user, finance program features, and processes to create a friction-less and delightful experience
  • Execute all pieces of a transaction promptly, accurately, and with consistent information, meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations
  • Compute rate calculations based on expert-level knowledge of rate economics and procedures
  • Resolve customer issues and clearly communicate information and concepts to customers
  • Manage daily communication flow through various platforms with customers, maintaining detailed notes to support transactional communication and manage customer program information
  • Communicate credit decisions, generate documentation, research accounts, review submitted documentation for funding, and ensure accurate input into systems prior to funding
  • Guide transactions from application entry to funding
  • Facilitate and proactively support customer financing programs by leveraging knowledge of relationships and adapting to changing business needs
  • Utilize technology platforms to engage with customers and their end-users
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment with Sales, Credit, Documentation, Account Support, Portfolio Management, and Leadership
  • Communicate effectively, identify areas for improvement, and deliver on customer commitments as a culture champion
