Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain optimization, or process engineering
Proven experience applying lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Strategic problem solver with strong operational execution skills, a continuous improvement approach, and business acumen to drive ROI-focused initiatives

Responsibilities

Analyse global logistics processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement using lean methodologies
Define, standardise, and enforce global logistics process standards while developing a structured roadmap of ongoing improvement initiatives
Drive performance improvements across SQDC metrics, including product safety, service levels (OTS, OTD/OTIF), turnaround times, and cost reduction/avoidance
Conduct detailed analytics on transport and network operations to improve loading efficiency, optimise trade lanes, and reduce logistics spending
Lead automation and system enhancement efforts by acting as a global super user, designing solutions that reduce manual work, and ensuring accurate, reliable logistics data
Champion global alignment by developing standard documentation and procedures, and training operational teams on new processes, tools, and system usage
