Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain optimization, or process engineering
  • Proven experience applying lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Strategic problem solver with strong operational execution skills, a continuous improvement approach, and business acumen to drive ROI-focused initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Analyse global logistics processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement using lean methodologies
  • Define, standardise, and enforce global logistics process standards while developing a structured roadmap of ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Drive performance improvements across SQDC metrics, including product safety, service levels (OTS, OTD/OTIF), turnaround times, and cost reduction/avoidance
  • Conduct detailed analytics on transport and network operations to improve loading efficiency, optimise trade lanes, and reduce logistics spending
  • Lead automation and system enhancement efforts by acting as a global super user, designing solutions that reduce manual work, and ensuring accurate, reliable logistics data
  • Champion global alignment by developing standard documentation and procedures, and training operational teams on new processes, tools, and system usage
