Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps
15 years full time education
Must have skills: DevOps
Hands-on experience in Digital AI XLR (creating end-to-end pipeline for Continuous Delivery, scheduling automated tasks)
Hands-on experience in Artifactory
Production support for DevOps platforms (XLR, Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, etc.) with good troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of handling ECS cluster
Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration-Continuous Delivery (CI-CD)/DevOps concepts and tools
Strong knowledge of public cloud offerings (preferably AWS) on network, security, compute, storage, and continuous integration
Technical skills (mandatory hands-on): Digital AI XLR, Artifactory, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Linux and/or Windows, Cloud Computing - AWS, Scripting Languages (Bash/Perl/Python, etc.), Build and release tool - XLR, Infrastructure Automation (Terraform/Chef/Ansible, etc.), Build Tools (Ant/NAnt/MSBuild/Rake/GNU Make, etc.), SCM Tools (SVN/Git/Perforce/Mercurial, etc.), CICD Tools (Jenkins/GIT/Artifactory), Quality Analysis (SonarQube)

Responsibilities

Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Engage in discussions to align operational practices with business objectives
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential challenges to maintain high service standards
Provide production support for DevOps platform (XLR, Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, etc.)
Work closely with Application teams to schedule releases in XLR and support continuous integration, continuous delivery, deployment, and maintenance tooling
Work closely with Development and Operations teams to understand complex requirements and translate them into automated solutions
Document and present DevOps practices to internal teams and wider teams to promote DevOps
Plan quarterly upgrades of DevOps tools and engage with vendors on a regular basis
Adhere to SLA designed in Service Now
Maintain hygiene of servers (Linux, Windows) & environments (PROD, Test)
