Requirements

  • Strong working PC knowledge – Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Analytical Problem Solving – Able to apply systems thinking to generate solutions, focus on process rather than isolated events to identify root cause, and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Initiative – Able to prepare for problems and/or opportunities in advance and take action without supervision
  • Influence & Persuasion – Able to use tact when expressing ideas or opinions, present new ideas to management, and respond to objectives successfully
  • Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to exhibit a “can-do” attitude approach and inspire associates to excel. Develop and manage performance
  • Metric Monitoring – Ability to develop, monitor and react to Key Performance Indicators and other business metrics
  • Flexibility – Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as internal and external demands change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Finance, or other related fields is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
