Japanese N2 level or equivalent Japanese language ability

Bachelor's degree or higher (any major acceptable; biology or pharmacy preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist the supervisor with collecting, statistical analysis, and documentation of adverse drug reactions
Assist the supervisor with conducting adverse drug reaction event reporting, periodic safety update reports, event investigations, evaluations, and handling
Maintain and preserve drug adverse reaction monitoring records
