Responsibilities
- Comply with safety and hygiene regulations associated with your job role
- Package products according to the instructions, steps, and electronic packaging orders and in-process controls
- Ensure you are trained for all tasks assigned to you
- Operate machines according to approved procedures and correctly trained
- Clean and clear machines according to approved procedures and correctly trained
- Report quality issues to the team leader first, and in their absence, to the area or quality unit responsible
- Report safety and hygiene issues to the team leader/facilitator first, and in absence, to the safety and hygiene department
- Comply with dress code and hygiene regulations associated with your job role
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the workplace where you are operating during your shift
- Work as a team member with your colleagues
- Ensure that actions taken regarding significant quality problems are carried out on packaging lines
- Actively participate in work teams established to address process improvements on packaging lines
