Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • One (1) year of work experience (Required)
  • Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools as used by IQVIA, and third-party tools and software
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, follow directions accurately, and work under time constraints and changing work volumes
  • Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
  • Understanding of the workflow and processes for the different audits

Responsibilities

  • Receives, identifies, and logs all inbound data from suppliers
  • Replenishes blank media to data suppliers as required
  • Executes the movement of data through IQVIA acquisition platforms according to standard operating procedures
  • Performs initial volume checks to determine whether the amount of data received is realistic
