Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools as used by IQVIA, and third-party tools and software
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work in a team environment, follow directions accurately, and work under time constraints and changing work volumes
Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
Understanding of the workflow and processes for the different audits

Responsibilities

Receives, identifies, and logs all inbound data from suppliers
Replenishes blank media to data suppliers as required
Executes the movement of data through IQVIA acquisition platforms according to standard operating procedures
Performs initial volume checks to determine whether the amount of data received is realistic
