Requirements
- Excellent A level results and on track for a 2:1 or above in a relevant Property/Real Estate degree
- Valid passport/visa to be employed in the UK
- A valid Driving Licence as this role will require some travel within the UK
- Keen interest/experience in industrial property/real estate, demonstrated through academic and work experience placements
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and real estate specific software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness capabilities
- Strong analytical capabilities

- Supporting the evaluation and recommendation of real estate opportunities for internal approval
- Supporting the successful implementation of real estate projects
