Candidates should possess expertise as a field expert engaging with healthcare providers (HCP/APP) to ensure safe and appropriate utilization of oncology products. The role requires the ability to identify educational needs and fulfill knowledge gaps through clinical in-services and educational presentations. Experience in developing customized educational plans based on gap analysis and clinical insights is necessary. The position is field-based in the Eastern region of the US.
Serve as a strategic education expert in oncology accounts, providing proactive and reactive education to patient care teams using approved resources. Educate on product preparation, administration, adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management. Interpret and communicate clinical education topics to diverse audiences, and educate on disease state awareness, including diagnosis aspects. Conduct peer-to-peer education programs, attend and present at medical conferences, and support exhibit booths. Provide clinical support for internal sales team training and collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders. Potentially provide education to patients in advocacy settings using approved materials.
