Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required, along with tech-savviness and familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, international team environment, with flexibility for global needs, is also necessary. Experience in organizing and maintaining knowledge resources is a plus.
The Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a seamless documentation process, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will take end-to-end ownership of the onboarding experience, addressing employee queries throughout the process. Collaboration with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams is crucial for delivering a smooth experience. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the onboarding process, managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy, security, and compliance, and ensuring the confidentiality of information.
