Responsibilities

The Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a seamless documentation process, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will take end-to-end ownership of the onboarding experience, addressing employee queries throughout the process. Collaboration with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams is crucial for delivering a smooth experience. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the onboarding process, managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy, security, and compliance, and ensuring the confidentiality of information.
