Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics (STEM) or relevant field with curiosity for Healthcare-related sector
  • 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate or Consulting companies
  • Nice to have some programming skills experience (e.g. R, Python, SAS)
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing)
  • Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex proprietary IQVIA databases to uncover pharma market dynamics and identify innovation opportunities
  • Monitor and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insights
  • Support commercial activities and client engagement, with a strong focus on data and insights
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and materials for offering development
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve data-related or offering-related issues
  • Partner with R&D teams to support the development and automation of ML solutions using RWD healthcare big data (e.g., physician and patient-level data)
