Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Lead OEE Deployment – developing overall program plan, organization, and tracking approach
  • Apply a system-based approach to improve OEE Maturity Score to be sustained after projects are completed
  • Develop a plan with key stakeholders to enhance lines and processes, delivering programmatic savings targets
  • Coach and develop individuals and teams on planning and managing for OEE improvement
  • Ensure the organization follows KPI standards for measurement and reporting OEE
  • Provide coaching during Hypercare to ensure data accuracy and program integration on the site operating mechanism
  • Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery, installation, and release
  • Collaborate with and engage internal and external cross-functional resources to ensure implementation schedules are met satisfactorily
  • Maintain visibility through onsite meetings and interactions with site stakeholders and SMEs (heavy site presence and engagement needed)
  • Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
