Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, or other scientific fields, with at least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

Develop and implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing equipment and processes
Lead OEE Deployment – developing overall program plan, organization, and tracking approach
Apply a system-based approach to improve OEE Maturity Score to be sustained after projects are completed
Develop a plan with key stakeholders to enhance lines and processes, delivering programmatic savings targets
Coach and develop individuals and teams on planning and managing for OEE improvement
Ensure the organization follows KPI standards for measurement and reporting OEE
Provide coaching during Hypercare to ensure data accuracy and program integration on the site operating mechanism
Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery, installation, and release
Collaborate with and engage internal and external cross-functional resources to ensure implementation schedules are met satisfactorily
Maintain visibility through onsite meetings and interactions with site stakeholders and SMEs (heavy site presence and engagement needed)
Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
