Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English
6–10 years of experience in BI and analytics, with 2+ years in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Strong hands-on experience with Data Visualization, RPD, SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI integration
Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud data structures (Financials, SCM, Procurement)
Expertise in building dashboards, KPIs, usage tracking, and performance tuning
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Considered as advantage: Experience working with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), OCI Object Storage, or third-party cloud connectors
Considered as advantage: Oracle Analytics certification (OAC Specialist or equivalent)
Considered as advantage: Familiarity with AI/ML features in OAC (explanations, forecasts, anomaly detection)
Considered as advantage: Agile methodology experience and DevOps pipeline familiarity for BI deployment

Responsibilities

Design and build interactive dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports using OAC, Leverage Data Visualization (DV), Classic BI, and RPD modeling as needed
Create and maintain data models using Data Sets, Data Flows, and RPD
Integrate OAC with Oracle SaaS ERP data sources (OTBI, BI Publisher extracts, ADW, OCI Object Storage)
Optimize queries and dashboards for responsiveness and data refresh efficiency; implement data caching, aggregation strategies, and load balancing techniques
Apply row-level security, user access controls, and role-based access policies; ensure all reports comply with enterprise security and governance guidelines
Build visually compelling charts, graphs, and layouts aligned with business KPIs; create executive dashboards and self-service BI content with drill-down capabilities
Conduct functional and performance testing of dashboards and models
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and handover materials
Work closely with business users, data engineers, and ERP functional teams
Mentor junior developers and guide them in best practices of OAC
