Requirements
Candidates must possess an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license, with at least two (2) years of telehealth experience and multiple state licenses, including at least 10 licenses. Applicants must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours per month and 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. There should be no restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers, and the candidate must be able to deliver empathetic, high-quality care. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions, proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans, collaborate with customer service for operational support, respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly, and provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes. They will also perform other duties as assigned, focusing on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care and supporting Thirty Madison patients.
