Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, select correct frames for Rx power, read prescriptions on lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness and advance orders in the system (received, notified, dispense)
Handle all money-related transactions properly
Support club policies, flawless execution, accountability, honesty, integrity, and member-focused concern resolution
Ensure a safe, positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Maintain GOLD club standards: GAA service, fast/friendly/full/fresh/clean, stocked items/planograms, accurate signage, clean/organized spaces
