Requirements

Minimum of 3 years roofing experience on commercial/industrial flat roofs
Intermediate English skills
Driving Licence (minimum 18 months driving record)

Responsibilities

Investigation of roof leaks including interior assessment, chasing the leak on the roof and finding the source of water ingress
Install waterproof, repair or replace Conventional single and four ply membrane (built up roofing) systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel on commercial/industrial flat roofs
Install waterproof, repair or replace Modified Bitumen (SBS Mod-bit membrane systems)
Install waterproof, repair or replace single ply membrane roofing systems (EPDM, TPO), using waterproof sheet membranes such as modified plastics or asphalt membranes, and/or cold applied liquid systems
Maintenance on all flat roofing systems
