- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician in commercial projects

- Basic low voltage experience

- Communicating effectively with Superintendent regarding status of tasks
- Leading a team of electricians and apprentices effectively to maintain project schedule
- Using technology to improve communication and efficiency
- Ensuring personal and team use of work tools is done so according to safety regulations
- Reading and interpreting Conduit Drawings and Blueprints and install accordingly
- Representing 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner
- Ensuring team is working efficiently and implement suggestions to improve job productivity
- Completing and submitting all required paperwork efficiently and properly
