Responsibilities

  • Responsible in Read-Write Integration (RWI) related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)
  • Lead and manage Read-Write integration (RWI) efforts aimed at improving product yield, quality, and test time
  • Conduct failure analysis, providing insightful feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement
  • Actively engage in the early ramp-up of HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) products, driving improvements related to Read-Write performance
  • Collaborate with RWI Development, Head/Media teams to enhance product
  • Support the qualification process for Head & Media Engineering Changes (ECs)
