Proficiency in programming for data analytics (Python, SQL, C++)

Responsibilities

Responsible in Read-Write Integration (RWI) related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)
Lead and manage Read-Write integration (RWI) efforts aimed at improving product yield, quality, and test time
Conduct failure analysis, providing insightful feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement
Actively engage in the early ramp-up of HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) products, driving improvements related to Read-Write performance
Collaborate with RWI Development, Head/Media teams to enhance product
Support the qualification process for Head & Media Engineering Changes (ECs)
