Requirements

  • Highly experienced in NetSuite, particularly OneWorld environment, administration, optimization, and expansion
  • Expertise in advanced financial functionality including Multi-Book Accounting, Intercompany Management, and Consolidations
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor NetSuite Administrators, providing guidance, prioritization, and career development
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite features and modules (e.g., Advanced Financials, Multi-Book, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) for optimization and configuration
  • Hands-on technical expertise in NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing NetSuite partner solutions and SuiteApps (e.g., AP automation, expense management, treasury management)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure compliance, data accuracy, and scalability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across Finance, Operations, Technology, executives, and external partners
  • Strategic mindset to champion innovation (e.g., AI, RPA), drive NetSuite roadmap, and align with business strategy and growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global NetSuite practice, overseeing administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements
  • Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite Administrators
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert and advisor to Finance, Operations, and Technology leadership
  • Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies like AI and RPA for automation opportunities
  • Drive the NetSuite roadmap, aligning with business strategy and growth initiatives
  • Lead integration of acquired companies into the NetSuite OneWorld instance, ensuring smooth transitions and harmonized financial processes
  • Oversee configuration and deployment of NetSuite features and modules
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to streamline processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report
  • Ensure the system is optimized for scalability, compliance, and efficiency
  • Develop holistic understanding of operational processes to optimize system for efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions
  • Partner with Finance for financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, workflow automation, and process efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging appropriately
  • Hands-on involvement in NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations
  • Lead evaluation, implementation, and management of NetSuite partner solutions and SuiteApps
  • Maintain system integrity, ensuring controls and best practices are followed
