Responsibilities

Evaluate the clinical situation of patients, plan treatment, and monitor clinical evolution, preparing corresponding clinical situation reports
Admit new patients and, if necessary, transfer them to other therapeutic units
Implement the policies and guidelines established by the company in assistive matters and monitor clinical reference indicators
Prescribe the most appropriate renal replacement therapy modality for each patient
Register the prescription, treatment, and other parameters in the established clinical information systems
Complete the documentary requirements of patients' medical records
Comply with all applicable procedures and regulations in force
Prepare, analyze, and monitor indicators according to care quality
Participate in quality meetings and review of assistive indicators convened by the RAS
Collaborate in the development and implementation of the assistive policy defined by the company
Participate in analysis and research tasks organized by the company for the unit
Provide clinical information and health advice to patients and families
Attend training courses established by the company
