Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 7 years focused on native mobile (iOS and Android)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine) and a solid grasp of Android (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose)
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing mobile engineering teams
  • Proven record of delivering impactful, large-scale consumer mobile products
  • Deep knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVI, VIPER, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A passion for user experience, developer productivity, and building high-quality products
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of skilled iOS and Android engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and growth
  • Set and drive technical direction across both platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and maintainable architecture
  • Stay hands-on in iOS development — contributing to design reviews, architecture discussions, and implementation when needed
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, end-to-end shipping experiences
  • Champion engineering best practices, including use of AI-assisted development tools, automated testing, and modern CI/CD workflows
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural health to ensure sustainable product growth
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
