Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, tax, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in International Corporate Tax, preferably within a high-growth Software or SAAS environment. Superior Excel and analytical skills, strong initiative, teamwork, excellent communication, outstanding organizational and presentation skills, attention to detail, the capacity to multitask and prioritize workload, and discretion with confidential information are essential. Experience with specific software like NetSuite, SalesForce, Zuora, Coupa, GSuite, and Avalara is a plus, as is the ability to use GitLab.
The Multinational Tax Analyst will manage India tax compliance, including Corporate, GST, and other income taxes, by working with outside service providers. They will be responsible for creating new processes, developing efficiencies in the tax process, and researching, analyzing, and modeling the impacts of Indian tax law. The role involves preparing and ensuring the timely filing of all annual reports in India, managing the business license renewal process, and performing necessary research for new filings. Additionally, the analyst will partner with various internal teams such as accounting, legal, engineering, operations, and finance on diverse initiatives and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
