Requirements

  • Previous MSL experience or Field-Based experience building relationships with Scientific Experts and Key Opinion Leaders highly desired
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required
  • 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience
  • Able to travel nationally with up to 80% travel, and 4 to 6 weekends per year
  • Ideally based in Brisbane (territory: QLD and WA)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge in neurology through continuous learning to answer deep scientific questions and serve as a trusted resource
  • Excel at customer engagement by supporting medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts, providing deep disease state and product information, and connecting experts with Lilly resources or partners
  • Demonstrate strategic vision and leadership by synthesizing complex data, communicating clinical insights and unanswered questions to Lilly teams, using creative problem-solving, and contributing to medical planning and strategy
  • Demonstrate territory ownership through strategic analysis, planning, prioritization, and execution of a territory plan, maximizing efficiency and taking accountability for results
  • Execute the role in a compliant manner, adhering to all internal and external requirements, procedures, and laws, with good judgment
