Requirements

Previous MSL experience or Field-Based experience building relationships with Scientific Experts and Key Opinion Leaders highly desired
Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required
2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience
Able to travel nationally with up to 80% travel, and 4 to 6 weekends per year
Ideally based in Brisbane (territory: QLD and WA)

Responsibilities

Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge in neurology through continuous learning to answer deep scientific questions and serve as a trusted resource
Excel at customer engagement by supporting medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts, providing deep disease state and product information, and connecting experts with Lilly resources or partners
Demonstrate strategic vision and leadership by synthesizing complex data, communicating clinical insights and unanswered questions to Lilly teams, using creative problem-solving, and contributing to medical planning and strategy
Demonstrate territory ownership through strategic analysis, planning, prioritization, and execution of a territory plan, maximizing efficiency and taking accountability for results
Execute the role in a compliant manner, adhering to all internal and external requirements, procedures, and laws, with good judgment
