Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area, OR equivalent education and experience
Strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Basic understanding of SQL
Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
Understanding of SQL performance optimization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work in US EST time zones to support client requests
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Flexibility to work in shifts (general/US shift/Night Shift)
