Motion Graphics Designer - Video Games

The Motion Graphics Designer will create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for various media, aligning with client needs, and perform basic edit tasks, creating rough sound beds for edit projects when required. They will also create graphical templates for use by other artists and for client delivery. The role involves leading a team of designers and motion artists, ensuring successful project execution, and supporting the strategic development of the Motion team by providing guidance and expertise. Advising on design, edit, and motion elements during the ideation process is also a key responsibility. The designer will take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions, staying up to date on software advancements and the latest motion graphics techniques, and collecting and compiling project files efficiently upon delivery. Collaboration with Creatives and other Artists to bring concepts, scripts, and storyboards to life, adhering to brief guidelines while pushing creative boundaries, and supporting Quality Control checks on design and motion projects to maintain high standards are also expected.
