Candidates should possess a Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in digital design or an agency background. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics, is required, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. Knowledge of the latest AI tools and 3D motion graphics is advantageous, and familiarity with the fintech, crypto, and NFT space is definitely beneficial.
The Motion Designer will develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, aligning with brand guidelines and target audiences, and optimizing content for various digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience. They will also stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring design solutions meet business objectives. Furthermore, the Motion Designer will craft compelling narratives through 2D or 3D motion graphics, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support the team in creating concepts that meet project performance goals, while ensuring work has strong social exposure to reach and engage target audiences.
