What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join the WalkFit team and play an integral part in the Creative Production team. You will work closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling motion content across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and design.
  • Design engaging transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences while maintaining brand consistency and style guide adherence.
  • Seek and provide constructive feedback; mentor and support fellow motion designers to raise team quality.
  • Stay ahead of motion design trends, conduct visual research, and draw inspiration from the creative and tech landscape.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment—experience in tech/SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
  • Follow up on creative performance; bring a data-informed mindset to design decisions and improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy — we’re looking for motion designers who are also great designers.
  • Experience working with Figma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to work with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai.
  • Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.).
