Requirements

The Motion Designer should possess a minimum of four years of proven experience as a Motion Designer, showcasing strong motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. A portfolio demonstrating these skills is required, along with experience working with Figma and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, and suno.ai is considered a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

The Motion Designer will create visually compelling motion content for platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok, incorporating storytelling, pacing, and design elements while maintaining brand consistency. They will design engaging transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences, seek and provide constructive feedback, mentor fellow designers, and stay current with motion design trends. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives, following up on creative performance, and bringing a data-informed mindset to design decisions.
