Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience leading a Motion Design team and a strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Generative AI tools is required. Understanding of media platform design requirements and formats, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluent English, both oral and written, is necessary for team collaboration. Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry trends and experience with automation tools are considered a plus.
The Motion Design Team Lead will be responsible for art direction, enhancing visual storytelling, and staying updated with motion design advancements and trends. They will provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Key duties include transforming briefs into captivating visuals, creating visuals for performance and marketing campaigns, and demonstrating strong leadership skills by mentoring and inspiring the production team. The role also involves collaborating with other creative minds and teams to bring the company vision to life, managing direct reports, defining processes and workflows, and ensuring the team adheres to and improves upon current processes.
