Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience leading a Motion Design team and a strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Generative AI tools is required. Understanding of media platform design requirements and formats, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluent English, both oral and written, is necessary for team collaboration. Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry trends and experience with automation tools are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Motion Design Team Lead will be responsible for art direction, enhancing visual storytelling, and staying updated with motion design advancements and trends.
