Requirements

Expertise in OBM (event/incident correlation), Dynatrace (APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring), and SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, DB monitoring)
Expertise in designing and scaling monitoring with HP Sitescope across enterprise environments
Strong experience in integrating HP Operations Orchestration (OO) with monitoring tools for end-to-end automation
Ownership of HP Service Manager (SM) and Service Portal, ensuring process compliance, SLA adherence, and reporting to leadership
Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes - cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-prem, hybrid infrastructures
Proven leadership and team management experience
Experience with observability practices - logs, metrics, traces, distributed monitoring
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
7+ years in IT monitoring/observability, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

Define and implement the enterprise monitoring and observability strategy
Lead and mentor L1/L2 and mid-level support teams
Oversee monitoring design, integrations, and tool enhancements across OBM, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and application teams to implement full-stack observability solutions
Drive automation, self-healing, and AI/ML-based predictive monitoring initiatives
Present monitoring health, trends, and improvements to senior stakeholders
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and audit requirements
Plan capacity, scalability, and roadmap for monitoring tools and practices
