Bachelor degree or above (preferred major: Mechanical Engineering & Automation Control)
Over 3 years of related working experience
Good communication and written skills in English
Basic knowledge of plastic materials and Molding Injection process
Good problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities

Responsibilities

Lead process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues
Prepare working instructions and process cards for new production
Work with equipment engineers to ensure smooth production running
Process card release, modification, and verification
Process analysis using various tools
Machine equipment suggestion and tool debugging
Support quality complaint tool improvement
Support tool modification to fit various separator machines
CT (cycle time) improvement and compliance monitoring
Tool transfer between different machines and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) arrangement
Run up and debug tools after TQD (Tool Qualification and Debugging) and PPAP
