Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above (preferred major: Mechanical Engineering & Automation Control)
  • Over 3 years of related working experience
  • Good communication and written skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of plastic materials and Molding Injection process
  • Good problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues
  • Prepare working instructions and process cards for new production
  • Work with equipment engineers to ensure smooth production running
  • Process card release, modification, and verification
  • Process analysis using various tools
  • Machine equipment suggestion and tool debugging
  • Support quality complaint tool improvement
  • Support tool modification to fit various separator machines
  • CT (cycle time) improvement and compliance monitoring
  • Tool transfer between different machines and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) arrangement
  • Run up and debug tools after TQD (Tool Qualification and Debugging) and PPAP
