Responsibilities

  • Implement range activity informed by business and trading strategies, data analysis and customer insight across all formats
  • Manage and execute activity in line with the critical path, fulfilling key milestones and escalating risks timely
  • Manage the Dept category in line with target metrics including SKU count, market data, sales, availability, inventory and shrink/waste
  • Embrace future systems and use new data and tool enhancements
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business (and stores) to ensure activity lands right first time, attending ATC calls
  • Implement category Midi space, Modular Planning trials and kit developments to drive sales and efficiencies in line with strategy
  • Understand competition, best in class execution and develop innovative ideas
  • Ensure execution with excellence through accurate admin and continual checks, responding to issues timely to hit 7 day Service now SLA
  • Review all activity landed, considering customer, colleague and sales performance to capture celebrations and learnings for PLRs
  • Run store specific POS allocations and submit to the Instore coms team
  • Attend and support EWYC on key activity
  • Manage own workload, stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the critical path, delivering all stages to high standard
