Responsibilities

Manage immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws and company policies
Coordinate and process visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation for inbound and outbound assignees
Collaborate with HR, Mobility, Legal, and external immigration vendors to facilitate smooth and timely processing of immigration requests
Provide guidance to employees and business leaders on immigration requirements, risks, and best practices
Maintain accurate records of immigration cases, track expirations, and ensure timely renewals and extensions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across different MUs to enhance efficiency
Proactively assess potential immigration risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate them
Assist in training and updating business stakeholders on immigration policies and procedures
