Responsibilities

  • Manage immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws and company policies
  • Coordinate and process visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation for inbound and outbound assignees
  • Collaborate with HR, Mobility, Legal, and external immigration vendors to facilitate smooth and timely processing of immigration requests
  • Provide guidance to employees and business leaders on immigration requirements, risks, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of immigration cases, track expirations, and ensure timely renewals and extensions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across different MUs to enhance efficiency
  • Proactively assess potential immigration risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate them
  • Assist in training and updating business stakeholders on immigration policies and procedures
