Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in software engineering or a related role. Experience with machine learning pipelines and data processing is preferred, along with familiarity with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

The ML/Software Engineer 1 - MLOps will design, develop, and maintain efficient data and feature extraction and training pipelines, ensuring data quality through rigorous QC methods. They will build, tune, and optimize machine learning models in collaboration with data scientists, conducting experiments and iteratively improving performance. Furthermore, they will create monitoring dashboards, investigate and resolve performance issues, and productize implementations on cloud and local compute, integrating data and machine learning workflows into existing systems such as DRAGEN. Finally, they will work across teams to ensure seamless integration and produce high-quality, maintainable code through peer code reviews.
