Responsibilities

  • Support students performing below, on, and above grade level using proven instructional strategies and intervention tools
  • Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in PLCs and grade-level teams
  • Communicate consistently with families and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to support academic and behavioral goals
  • Use measurable assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction for meaningful growth
  • Support and reinforce a positive school environment that is structured, safe, and motivating for all students
  • Use PBIS and restorative practices to develop student accountability, behavior skills, and socio-emotional growth
