- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
- Deep understanding of Customer Service Workspace
- Experience in migrating from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace (highly desirable)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in alignment with business needs
- Facilitate the migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs or issues related to Dynamics 365 applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Provide technical support for existing Dynamics 365 applications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related technologies
