Requirements

High school or GED equivalent plus 1 year of equivalent experience and/or training
Experience with SAP (Inventory transactions, movement types, reporting and history analysis)
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Uphold 5S standards
Understand Root Cause Analysis and various methods (5 Why)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and math skills
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed
Knowledge of Inventory Control
Comply with 5S program and SB&D Safety Policies
Ability to understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards
Ability to plan, organize and possess analytical skills

Responsibilities

Accurately count items by location and systematically record count details into Cycle Count application
Reconcile inventory variances
Determine root cause for inventory variance
Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy
Prepare and send detailed cycle count reports for all counts
Perform audits as assigned to correct inventory errors as they occur
Understands and follows the Jackson site’s environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with their work activities
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
