Requirements

Responsibilities

The Metallurgical Engineer will develop and execute validation plans, conduct process validation through work scheduling to lab, analyze and document validation test results, ensure compliance with Caterpillar standards, troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues, and play a role in the ISO 17025 lab quality system while leveraging continuous improvement and lean mindset to support efficiency and safety.
