Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, along with good English speaking and reading skills. They should also demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by strong communication and teamwork skills, and a knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The Metallurgical Engineer will develop and execute validation plans, conduct process validation through work scheduling to lab, analyze and document validation test results, ensure compliance with Caterpillar standards, troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues, and play a role in the ISO 17025 lab quality system while leveraging continuous improvement and lean mindset to support efficiency and safety.
