Responsibilities

Eigenverantwortliches Schmelzen / Gießen von komplexen Hochtechnologie-Produkten nach Fertigungsanweisungen, Arbeitsplänen, Spezifikationen und Zeichnungen unter Berücksichtigung von Endterminen
Selbstständige Vorbereitung der für den Gießprozess notwendigen Werkstoffe, Halbzeuge und Gießwerkzeuge (z. B. Tiegel, Trichter, Kokillen)
Walzen, Richten und Glühen von Materialbrammen sowie Durchführung von Nebenprozessen
Sicherstellen höchster Qualität und Präzision, einschließlich ehrlichem Feedback und Vorschlägen zur Prozessverbesserung
Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen mit Ultraschall
Durchführen von Anlagenwartungen sowie Pflege der wartungsrelevanten Dokumente
