Requirements

Impeccable English writing and verbal skills
Effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferably with a background in journalism, copywriting, or translation
Extensive knowledge of television, film and streaming programming
Quality-focused individual with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours
Windows proficiency and/or experience using other computer software and databases with excellent keyboarding skills
Must live in the Mexico City surrounding area with the ability to commute to the office for orientation & onboarding
Ability to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
Ability to type on a keyboard and use a mouse for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
Ability to visually absorb data via a computer monitor for up to 6-8 hours per day

Responsibilities

Acquire and record correct information regarding US TV/Film programs from a variety of sources including but not limited to studios, distributors and press releases
Edit and maintain program information, create and curate information on movies and shows
Investigate, confirm and document questionable program content by consulting program information providers and internal teams
Consolidate data content and new program information in databases
Maintain accurate database information and provide timely updating of programming information
Analyze, develop and recommend solutions to editorial, communication and technical procedural and operational needs
Act as a customer service representative concerning product content and editorial policies
Other duties as assigned
