Requirements

  • Impeccable English writing and verbal skills
  • Effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Preferably with a background in journalism, copywriting, or translation
  • Extensive knowledge of television, film and streaming programming
  • Quality-focused individual with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours
  • Windows proficiency and/or experience using other computer software and databases with excellent keyboarding skills
  • Must live in the Mexico City surrounding area with the ability to commute to the office for orientation & onboarding
  • Ability to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
  • Ability to type on a keyboard and use a mouse for long periods of time - 6-8 hours per day
  • Ability to visually absorb data via a computer monitor for up to 6-8 hours per day

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and record correct information regarding US TV/Film programs from a variety of sources including but not limited to studios, distributors and press releases
  • Edit and maintain program information, create and curate information on movies and shows
  • Investigate, confirm and document questionable program content by consulting program information providers and internal teams
  • Consolidate data content and new program information in databases
  • Maintain accurate database information and provide timely updating of programming information
  • Analyze, develop and recommend solutions to editorial, communication and technical procedural and operational needs
  • Act as a customer service representative concerning product content and editorial policies
  • Other duties as assigned
