Mental Health Coach

Salary: $30 - $50 USD (Hourly Range) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential to convert to full-time, permanent) Location Type: Remote

Position Overview

Beyond Finance is seeking a skilled Mental Health Coach to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting our remote sales representatives by addressing any personal or work-related issues they may be experiencing. The position involves conducting one-on-one sessions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and preparing reports and presentations on program impact. This role reports through HR but will partner cross-departmentally with sales and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one coaching sessions and observations of inside sales agents.
• Collect data from sessions to identify trends across the operations floor and develop structured sessions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of evolving best practices for mental health care in a corporate setting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide feedback on the program and implement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role providing mental health services in a corporate setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of psychology and modern therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to empathize and connect with others.
• Experience using software systems such as TherapyNotes, ShareNotes, etc.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights as dictated by scheduling needs.
