Cyber Security (SOC) Analyst
UltraViolet CyberFull Time
Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of industry experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with internship experience. Strong knowledge in SoC architecture and power/performance trade-offs is required, along with proficiency in SW programming with C/C++, Python, and modular object oriented software development. In-depth knowledge of memory subsystem architecture, microarchitecture, and design, including caches, cache coherency, NOC, LPDDR/DDR/HBM, and IO, is essential. Experience in simulators for perf model development and perf analysis, as well as knowledge of SystemVerilog and waveform debugging tools, is a plus.
The SoC Performance Architect will define architecture and microarchitecture for memory subsystem components, work with architecture and design teams to develop performance models in C++ for design space exploration, validate the performance model against the specification, and correlate with RTL. They will plan and analyze results of performance studies, develop performance verification tests, and advise architecture and design teams on performance improvements. Furthermore, they will collaborate with the team to create designs that push the envelope on performance, energy efficiency, and scalability.
