Medior Full-Stack Web Developer at IQVIA

Candidates need 3 years of professional application development experience, proficiency in strongly typed languages like TypeScript, relational databases like PostgreSQL, SPA frameworks like Angular, and excellent English at CEFR C1 or higher. They must be seasoned developers able to translate ideas into code, navigate large codebases, debug issues, and communicate effectively, with experience working in teams.

The role requires (near) full-time availability of 32+ hours/week and must be based in Europe with no visa sponsorship. It offers flexible work including home, office, or hybrid, with Netherlands-based candidates preferred for occasional office visits.

The application team consists of 1 product owner, 1 designer, and 4 developers including the lead. The broader CTcue organization has ~30 people and follows an Agile process with 2-week sprints and monthly team days.

Developers can contribute to healthcare innovation, take ownership of technical communication in cross-team projects, and suggest technical and non-technical improvements like UI enhancements.

A strong candidate is a seasoned developer with 3+ years experience, team collaboration skills, proficiency in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Angular, plus nice-to-haves like Elasticsearch, DevOps, project leadership, or medical domain knowledge. Experience with personal/open-source projects can substitute for professional experience.
