The application team consists of 1 product owner, 1 designer, and 4 developers including the lead. The broader CTcue organization has ~30 people and follows an Agile process with 2-week sprints and monthly team days.
Developers can contribute to healthcare innovation, take ownership of technical communication in cross-team projects, and suggest technical and non-technical improvements like UI enhancements.
A strong candidate is a seasoned developer with 3+ years experience, team collaboration skills, proficiency in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Angular, plus nice-to-haves like Elasticsearch, DevOps, project leadership, or medical domain knowledge. Experience with personal/open-source projects can substitute for professional experience.
