Requirements

  • Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc, etc.)
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in the specified regions
  • Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Ophthalmology, Hematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology or Endocrinology. Biosimilars experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Based in Spain with a full driving license

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across multiple countries through scientific discussions, presentations, and education
  • Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians
  • Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues
  • Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses
  • Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups
  • Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan
  • Gather and report medical and congress intelligence
  • Develop local publications and maintain monthly contact with the Medical Director and HQ Medical team
  • Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers
