Candidates must possess an advanced healthcare or scientific degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D, M.D., D.N.P.) or a Master's degree, with MSL experience being preferred but not required. The applicant must reside within the Tennessee and Georgia territory. Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in establishing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers is also necessary.
The Medical Science Liaison will provide scientific and clinical presentations on Natera's oncology products, acting as a medical and scientific resource for internal teams. They will establish and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Providers, and Customers, and represent Natera at scientific and clinical congress meetings. Responsibilities include collaborating with lab operations, supporting clinical trial initiatives, and engaging in continuous learning to maintain expertise. The role requires extensive travel (over 60%) and ensuring medical accuracy in communication materials.
