  • Willingness to travel 60% primarily within assigned geography, with infrequent travel outside
  • Field-based clinical position readiness

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain external relationships with identified OLs and HCPs (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators) in the geographical territory
  • Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
  • Provide scientific and clinical knowledge leadership on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products in Immunology-GI
  • Respond timely to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs, investigators, health care systems, academic medical centers, and population health decision makers, integrating scientific data including real-world evidence
  • Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
  • Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support HCPs and positively impact patients
  • Demonstrate strategic territory planning and ability to build strong relationships within the territory
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
  • Function as a scientific and clinical knowledge lead per Therapeutic Area alignment
  • Enhance skills and agility in change management, time management, and innovation
