Requirements

Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MD, DO, PhD, Pharm.D.) or equivalent experience in immunology or related therapeutic area
Established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products in the Therapeutic Area (autoantibody pipeline/immunology)
Competency and experience in the disease state (immunological disorders)
Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
Skills in agility, Change Management, Time Management, and Innovation
Ability to function with high integrity and follow credo values
Location in Southeast region (preferred: Atlanta, GA or Orlando, Tampa, or Miami, FL); territory covers Florida, Georgia, and Alabama
Willingness to travel primarily throughout assigned territory (field-based position)
Compliance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest
Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, DO, PhD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and develop/manage a geographical territory (virtual & in-person engagements, prioritizing in-person when appropriate)
Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support Healthcare Providers and positively impact patients
Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
