Candidates should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Medical Degree (MD), or a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in a medically related field, or a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences with at least one or more years of clinical, research, or industry experience, preferably in Diabetes. A Master’s degree in health sciences is desirable, and preference will be given to candidates with an MD or PhD.
The Medical Science Liaison will maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge within their therapeutic area, engaging in continuous learning to ensure technical expertise. They will establish themselves as a reliable resource for unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge, engaging in customer-facing dialogues with scientific experts and providing support for their information needs. Additionally, the MSL will act as the primary interface between Lilly and scientific experts, delivering a best-in-class customer experience and facilitating scientific exchange between industry and the scientific community.
