Requirements

Candidates must hold a Medical Degree specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, along with country-specific licensure, such as Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) for the UK, Registration with the Institute of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists for Ireland, or licensure by the relevant provincial medical regulatory authority for Canada.

Responsibilities

The Medical Researcher will monitor and update the team on regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines related to reproductive health, pregnancy, and menopause in their country, identify and address unique challenges in reproductive health and menopause specific to their region, provide country-specific expertise to adapt existing programs to local medical practices and member needs, offer clinical and scientific guidance to Carrot’s Clinical Team and other departments, conduct literature reviews using peer-reviewed journals and scientific publications on menopause, hormonal health, and pregnancy, evaluate and summarize research to support program development and identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and participate in virtual discussions with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations.
