Requirements

Candidates should possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Hematology/Oncology, and a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ICH guidelines, and US regulatory requirements is essential, along with experience in pharmacovigilance and medical writing.

Responsibilities

The Medical Director will provide medical oversight of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, client directives, and regulatory requirements. They will attend and present at investigator and sponsor meetings, provide medical consultation, and support business development activities. The role involves medical review and analysis of clinical trial serious adverse events, preparation of regulatory documents (CSR, ICSR, PBRER, etc.), and providing therapeutic training and protocol training to the team. Additionally, the Medical Director will assist in writing and reviewing medical content for various deliverables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
